New Players

First time players who've never had a card.

You'll need to upload a photo of your face and photo ID showing your date of birth. This is used for verifying age.

Expired or Nearly

If it's been more than a year, you'll need to register as a new player.  If you played last year or you card is about to expire, claim your profile and register online or in the app. See the instructions below or link to the registration.

Recently Renewed

If you recently renewed and need to claim your profile, you can do so once your record has been imported, which should be very soon.​ Once you claim your profile, you can begin using the app instead of your card.
