Directors and Officers (D&O) Liability Insurance is designed to protect affiliated leagues against claims arising from the negligent acts, errors, or omissions allegedly committed by present or former directors and/or officers of your organizatio​n.

Individuals are only insured under this policy while acting within their duties as directors or officers.

D&O Insurance is available to OASA affiliated leagues at a signfigantly reduced cost. Contact OASA for current enrollment information.

All players with a valid registration at the time of the incident are eligible to gain access to this coverage.
