We are an association of  leagues and players dedicated to the game of soccer in Oregon. We make it easy for people to play soccer. The Oregon Adult Soccer Association  (OASA) does not run leagues (see member leagues) or tell them how they should run outside the parameters set by our bylaws and parent organizations.  From a player's point of view the main thing we do is register players and provide them with players cards., we also provide an appeal process if you need it.  For leagues and indoor centers we provide the ability to belong to the greater world of soccer (USASA, USSF, CONCACAF, FIFA) and support such as insurance, office support, referee education, player cards and other things that make it Women playing soccereasier for the league to provide you what you want.  We have a  diverse, statewide board connected to the global game. We provide leadership and support for the advancement of soccer in collaboration and cooperation with our membership, partners and other stakeholders by providing exceptional and sustainable programs and services. We view soccer as a powerful vehicle for social change.  With very few exceptions, notably our professional office staff, everybody involved with adult soccer in Oregon is a volunteer - we are players, referees, coaches - giving our time to make sure your game is a pleasant experience . We believe that we have designed the best system possible, and strive to make sure our affiliated leagues and over 6,000 registered players are able play as much soccer as they want for the lowest possible cost! Please let us know how we can improve things.Men playing soccer
