The Oregon Adult Soccer Association is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation organized to promote adult soccer in Oregon. Any person or soccer organization (not under suspension, or in bad standing with any USSF affiliated entity) is/are eligible to join the OASA provided they pay the proper fees and follow OASA rules and Bylaws. Players under the age of 18 must have a signed Parental Waiver Form and be granted permission by the Oregon Youth Soccer Association. We are NOT our member leagues Leagues. Our member leagues pay a fee to affiliate with us and gain certain benefits (Trained, registered referees; Liability Insurance; Accident Insurance for players; Representation on the OASA Board of Directors Board; Access to grants, Ability to enter affiliated tournaments; etc.) Each league is a separate legal entity responsible for scheduling teams, fields and referees. OASA, USASA, USSF, and FIFA each have certain rules which leagues must follow, otherwise, leagues are free to organize themselves as they see fit. Things we do: Issue player cards Get a Player Card, Provide Certificates of Insurance needed for field use Request for Certificate of Insurance, Help players file accident insurance claims Insurance Form., Conduct and Sanction Competitions Competitions, Referee Training , Handle complaints about the conduct of a referee, Field Development, Discipline and Appeals Appeals,  we can help players who have played professionally to reinstate to amateur standing Amateur Reinstatement, Adult Coaching clinics Coaching Clinic Form, provide travel papers to affiliated teams Travel papers, we can help leagues with “Build USASA” grants or US Soccer Foundation Grants.
