The IRS requests that non-profits make the Application for Recognition available for review, it has some interesting historical stuff like our original bylaws and Articles of Incorporation and proves we asked to be a 501(c)(3).
Our Determination letter proves that we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation and that donations to OASA are deductable (as always, consult your tax advisor).
