1. What are your hours?

A. Generally, Tuesday & Wednesday 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Thursday & Friday 10:00 AM -5:00 PM (lunch 2:00 – 2:30), Saturday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM. It’s always wise to call ahead. Pretty much everything can be done by mail, fax, or email. Save yourself the trip.

3. Where are you located…directions?

A. We are located just off Hwy 26 at the Sylvan exit (West of the Oregon Zoo), next to the Chevron gas station in Building 1750, slightly north of the exit. Our address is 1750 SW Skyline Blvd, Suite 121 Portland, OR 97221-2533 Map

4. What leagues/seasons do you have?

5. How do I register a team (men’s, women’s, coed)?


A. It depends on the league, check the league information page


6. Where & when are games played?


A. As you might expect, most games are played in the Portland area, but we also have leagues playing in Central Oregon and on the Coast. Check out the league pages for more complete information.

7. What tournaments do you know about?

A. Every Memorial Day Weekend we host one of the largest Adult tournaments on the west coast. The last weekend in July one of our affiliated leagues, NUWS hosts a large tournament for women. USASA Sponsors National Championship Cups (U-20, U-23, Open, Amateur, and Over 30), Veterans Cups (Over 40, Over 50), and Coed Championships (Open, Over 30). 8. What are travel papers, and when do I need to request them?

A. Travel Papers are required to go to any USASA Tournament outside of Oregon, they certify that your team is in good standing with OASA. The team name of your tournament team must match that of a OASA registered team. They are free of charge provided you request them at least 30 days prior to the start of the tournament. A $10 fee if you request them more than 7, but less than 30 days prior to the tournament, and a $50 fee if you request them 7 or less days before the start of the tournament. 9. How do you become a referee ?

A. In order to become a USSF Certified referee you must attend a class (16 hours, usually spread over 4 nights) and pass a test on the Laws of the Game. For more information call 503-778-8005.


10. I have a league/Indoor center and I want to join, how much does it cost and what do I do?

11. Can I get an OASA pin, pendent, patch, etc.?

A. We currently offer OASA pins for sale - they are in the shape of the OASA logo and cost $3.00 each. Download the order form if you want to order Pin Order Form.


12. How is the OASA Organized ?


A. We are a volunteer-based, non-profit, organization incorporated in Oregon to promote soccer. We are affiliated with the United States Adult Soccer Association, the United States Soccer Federation, and FIFA.
