Fill out this form if you are interested in the USASA Clinic training people how
to coach adults. The Level I course is 3 hours / Level 2 is 6 hours / Level 3 is
9 hours.
Those successfully completing level 3 receive the US Adult Coaching License
from USSF and may be admitted to the USSF National C Level Course.
When we have enough interest we will host the entire course sequence. If you
fill out this form you are indicating interest, we will contact you and at that
time you can choose if you wish to commit to the program.
