If you want to affiliate a Tournament Affiliating a Tournament

Requirements for affiliated leagues:

1. Must pay annual affiliation fee of $100.00,
2. Must register all adult teams (must have a minimum of four teams) ,all teams must complete a team registration form, currently there is no team fee,
3. Must use only USSF trained and registered Referees, who must file a report with OASA, including rosters within 48 hours following each game,
4. Must use USSF trained and registered referee assignor,
5. All players must register with OASA ($35 per year),
6. Must follow applicable OASA, USASA, USSF, and FIFA bylaws, rules, procedures and decisions.

Benefits for affiliated leagues:

1. Being a member of the World Soccer Family of FIFA, USSF, USASA, and OASA.
2. $2,000,000 Liability included (additional coverage may be available at reduced cost through carrier),
3. Certificates of insurance for field use,
4. All players covered by USASA Accident (secondary medical) insurance,
5. Centralized player control (a player red carded for violent conduct or referee assault isn’t playing again a few hours later),
6 Access to OASA and other affiliated competitions, Travel papers,
7. Access to almost 2,000 trained referees, referee training, education, and evaluation program with a procedure for complaints about referees,
8. Players able to tryout for select (State All-Star) teams,
9. Appeals system.
10. Representation on OASA Board - 4-16 teams one representative, 17-32 teams two representatives, 32-63 teams three representatives and more than 64 teams four representatives,
11. Able to have league presence on our web site.

1. Name of league
2. Address
3. Number of teams
4. Name, address, phone, fax, email, etc for league representative(s) to OASA Board.
5. Check for $100 to cover league fee from current date through August 31.
