Phil Coates is active in real estate development and construction sales in the Portland Metropolitan area since 1990.
He holds BA in Sports Administration from The University of San Francisco - 1990  
his playing career has included time spent at Westmont College ('83), Walthamstom, England - Vauxhall Opal League -85/86,
Apprenticed with Tottenham Hotspur - London, England - '85/'86, University of SF - '86/'87,
presently enjoy playing in the OPSL in Portland, Oregon.

Current president of the Oregon Premier Soccer League.
